Surrendering your pet

We're grateful that you've chosen to surrender your pet to Dachshunds and Friends Rescue. Please fill out the form below, and one of our representatives will be in touch with you shortly.

Things of Note

  • Please include photos of your pet in the application.

  • Once a pet has been surrendered to Dachshunds and Friends Rescue, it is a permanent decision.

  • Please complete one application for each pet you want to surrender.​
​
  • All surrenders are subject to approval from a Dachshunds and Friends Rescue representative.
